Okay a friend of mine gave me directions to fix our blogs and it worked, she said to...You go into Blogger and go hit on the design tab and hit on the tab that says edit HTML and go to the bottom of that page below the thing that says old templates and hit on select layout template and chose the first one Minima and hit save template and then that way you can go into cutest blog on the block and choose the one you want and input it into your blog.
